I had never use this florist because I live in Maryland. Sent flowers to my sister in SanAntonio. She said the plant was healthy looking and bountiful. It was delivered on time in anticipation of bad weather predicted for the delivery date Asked my permission if this was okay and I said absolutely and thank you for thinking ahead to ensure she would get the flowers. This was forward thinking. Will use them again.

The flower arrangement my husband sent for our anniversary were absolutely gorgeous! They smell fantastic and the blooms are still alive and thriving, even after a few days. This order was for my mother’s 89th birthday so I wanted it to be very special and I wasn’t disappointed! It was the most beautiful arrangement that I have ever seen. Even my mom said she had never seen a prettier arrangement - now that’s 89 years of receiving flowers - so that’s amazing. Thank you so much for making my beautiful mother’s birthday beautiful!!

I found Karen’s House of Flowers and Custom Creation on Yelp and had her create a get-well flower arrangement for my sister that lives in San Antonio and had surgery at BAMC. She created a beautiful arrangement with bright-assorted flowers that was delivered on the same day I placed the order. My sister loved it and the flowers will make her recovery easier. Karen did an absolute wonderful service in delivering flowers, a ballon and a little stuffed bear to my granddaughter who broke her arm. She went out of her way to deliver it quickly and all for a reasonable price. Karen, is such a lovely lady.

I placed my order over the phone from out of state. They were very friendly, accomodating, and reasonably priced. This shop gave me the feel of a local, personal, flower shop. The flowers were exactly as I wanted and just beautiful! I will definitely use them again.

This shop is amazing. This is my first time to use your service. I ordered flowers for two moms for Mother's Day. The arrangements looked very similar to the photo. I especially liked the email confirmation after the flowers had been delivered. Very professional service. Two thumbs up!
